The Apple logo is not an emoji
No. The symbol you may have seen in messages from iPhone users is not part of the Unicode emoji set or of Unicode at all. It lives at code point U+F8FF in the Private Use Area, a range Unicode leaves empty for companies to fill however they like. Apple fills it with its logo, so on any Apple device the character shows as an apple. On Windows, Android and most other systems the same code point is empty or shows a different glyph, a box or nothing.
That is why the “Apple logo emoji” cannot be added to this directory: it has no Unicode name, no cross-platform meaning and no guarantee of appearing. The closest real emoji are the fruit, 🍎 (red apple) and 🍏 (green apple), and the devices, 📱 and 💻, none of which is the logo.

How to type the Apple logo anyway
- On a Mac: press Option + Shift + K. The logo appears for you and any other Apple user, and as a box or blank for everyone else.
- On an iPhone: there is no key; people paste it from a note or set up a text replacement in Settings → General → Keyboard → Text Replacement.
- On Windows or Android: it cannot be displayed reliably, so there is no point typing it.
