About the Food & Drink collection
Fruit, vegetables, prepared dishes, sweets and drinks from around the world. Most are used literally in menus, recipes and “what I ate” posts, and they are the backbone of many emoji combos. A few have well-known second meanings: 🍑 and 🍆 as innuendo (see the freaky emoji guide), 🫐 among the blue emoji, and ☕ for “spill the tea”.
Dishes are drawn differently on each platform — a 🍔 or a 🥟 can look quite unlike the one your friend sees — but the name and character are identical.
