What the calendar emoji means
π (calendar), π (tear-off calendar) and ποΈ (spiral calendar) all mean dates: βsave the dateβ, deadlines, reminders, schedules. The printed date is a design detail β Appleβs shows 17 July, the date of the first iCal announcement, and others differ β and is not part of the character. π is the usual choice; ποΈ is text-style and may render plain.
